Heston Hyde Hotel - Hounslow

The hotel was luxurious with free wifi. The room was soundproof, newly remodelled & had an extremely comfy bed. The breakfast was above average exactly as I hoped, with eggs or omelettes and an omelette man who cooked eggs. I had a really comfortable...  

Best staff members on shift, good location. Also, in the center of duvet.

I loved being there, the place is nicely presented and pleasant.

The setting was practical and the staff were efficient people in reservation. It took just 15 minutes by car to get to the airport. Got bright room with pleasant views and an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines and a work desk. ...

disappointing experience

The staff tried to accommodate our needs by offering solutions that were appreciated it had a convenient location close to public transport.

The overall experience was below our expectations.

Large rooms and comfy beds, but almost no food or facilities available.

The stay was primarily for attending a wedding, and though the accommodations were decent, there were some issues that affected the experience. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were closed, leaving us to find alternatives in nearby locations. the presence of a significant number of asylum seekers in the hotel made me feel uncomfortable at times.

We enjoyed the feel of the place, much nicer than typical budget hotels.

In my wife's opinion, the lack of a family-friendly restaurant was disappointing.

Convenient location with large spaces but poor service

While the comforts of the room were decent, the staff appeared disinterested, and there were issues with cleanliness that can't be overlooked.

I was delighted by the hotel's elegant decor and spacious lobby, made moving around easy. The friendly staff were also very accommodating.

More seating in public areas would be appreciated.

The overall hotel needs some updates for better comfort.

The hotel is modern and has ample parking, with attentive staff enhancing the experience. Unfortunately, the facilities were closed, and the room showed signs of neglect, including stains on the walls and towels. The high-priced food was disappointing, lacking in flavor and quality, especially considering the noise from nearby guests disrupted our sleep.

I had a wonderful date night at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained. It exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in hounslow and left a lasting impression.
